When your property is unoccupied for any amount of time anything can happen. We will go over to your home and do a *full inspection of the home either ONCE a week, BIWEEKLY or even MONTHLY. We will notify you of any changes, weather related problems such as leaks, flush toilets to avoid staining, water plants, check plumbing, check security, change lighting and check the A/C. You will receive a full report and pictures of your home by email. Watchdog Property Services is not a one size fits all company. Our services come i a different shapes and sizes to meet your needs. 

If you have a rental property you may chose to have monthly inspections to be sure your property is being kept up and there are not any code vioations. We can take photos and send a report each month.
